I had such a great time on vacation at this place. It was the perfect getaway that we needed. The breakfast was nice, always different. The hot tub was lots of fun! And Laura, the owner, was great when we needed information. She was also very nice in asking if we needed to borrow any items. The train passing by did not bother us at all. In fact, it was like being at home. I loved our little deck and the private parking in the back, even though we didn't get to use it because our little car could barely make it up the icy hill. All the games & DVDs in the living room were a plus. My husbands only complaint was the staircase was noisy, but it didn't bother me. I would definately love to visit again in the Spring or Summer.

If you are looking for anything other than access to first chair at the slopes, this is not the place to spend your vacation. Breakfast is offered for a very specific 30 minute window from 8-8:30 am. If you miss that, then you are out of luck for the portion of your fee going toward the breakfast portion of this B&B. When we told the owners we would not be able to make that time because of an exhausting day and looking forward to the opportunity to sleep in at least a little, we were met with "oh, that's too bad" - no other options or compromise were offered. In addition the WiFi didn't work because they were having "router problems," and the washer and dryer ran right next to our room fairly late and was quite noisy. I didn't find the owners to be warm, welcoming, or friendly in any of their interactions. And, the rule book was several pages long. Reading it made me feel like my mother was standing over me and wagging her finger. This is not a place to truly have a relaxing weekend, and I would not return or recommend to others.

Beautiful place with very friendly staff and owners. Amenities were top notch and breakfast was great. Wifi was fast and Direct TV for those times in your room. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Nice getaway.

What a great place! They've thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. The room was large, clean, well lit (when is the last time you've seen that), spacious, and pleasant, and the bed was very comfortable, and covered with pillows. Two heating zones, one cool for the bedroom and the other warm for the bathroom, worked flawlessly. The room's large Direct-TV-connected flat screen TV, and truly high-speed Wi-Fi were enjoyable. There were even robes and slippers to wear on your way to the second deck outdoor hot tub. And downstairs, the super large TV to watch while you munched snacks and sipped wine at 5:00 were a treat. Breakfast was scrumptious. The friendly innkeepers and the location convenient to town made our stay very special. If you have the chance, STAY HERE!
